Stephen Anthony, Rochelle, Junior was born on Tuesday, August 3, 1993.

He passed away in his home on Wednesday, September 25, 2023

Steven left behind his mother and stepfather Tammy Rochelle and Ronnie VanFossen, his father, Stephen Rochelle Senior, his brother Jacob Rochelle, his fiancé, Shi and their children Bentley and Braylen. He also left behind his sister, Natasha, her fiancé, James and their children, William Hannah, Faith and Annabel.

Stephen grew up in Maple Hill, North Carolina, where he stayed most of his life from birth. He loved the ocean and anything about it. Stephen has always been an outgoing, fun, loving kind of guy his love for animals and fishing was like no other right out of high school. Stephen secured a skim boarding contract with Holcomb, where he unfortunately was injured. He went straight from there to the army, and unfortunately, re-injured himself again Stephen came home and went on to be a skilled carpenter, working and many of the carpentry fields. Stephen always had a love for Pokémon video games streaming above all of his other talents, surfing skim boarding in skateboarding or some of Stephen's absolute favorites. His impact on this world was great, and the legacy he leaves behind, will never be forgotten.

I n Lieu of flowers, the family would like to ask friends of Stephens and family to bring his mother a potted plants to plant in the memorial garden for Stephen.
