In Loving Memory of Ronnie Earl Sanderson December 27, 1948 – 2026
Ronnie Earl Sanderson, age 77, was a beloved father, grandfather, brother, and friend whose life was filled with love, laughter, faith, and music.
Born on December 27, Ronnie lived his life with a heart for others. He had a special gift for lifting people’s spirits when they were feeling down and out. He believed that sometimes a kind word, a little laughter, or simply being there for someone could make all the difference. He had a way of bringing smiles to faces and reminding others that even during difficult times, there was still a reason to laugh and keep going. Ronnie believed in Jesus Christ, and his faith was an important part of who he was. He also had a deep love for the oldies, the timeless songs that brought back memories and filled the room with familiar melodies. Music, laughter, and the company of loved ones were among life’s simple pleasures that he cherished.
He leaves behind his loving sister, Loreen Frye, who will forever cherish the memories and bond they shared.
He was preceded in death by his beloved mother, Katie Sanderson and father, Rodalph Sanderson, whom he now joins in eternal rest.
His greatest legacy lives on through his four daughters: Karen Newkirk and her husband, Dan Newkirk; Nicole Oca; Rhonda Gaby and her husband, John Gaby; and Candy Lewis. He was a proud grandfather to five grandchildren: Russell Gaby, Avery Gaby, Hayden Newkirk, Bella Gaby, and Zara Maley, who will forever carry memories of their grandfather in their hearts.
Ronnie’s life was a reminder that you don’t have to have everything to give someone something meaningful. Sometimes the greatest gift you can give another person is a reason to smile when life gets hard.
Though his family will deeply miss his presence, his laughter, his music, and the memories they shared, the love he gave will continue to live on through the generations that follow him. As we say goodbye, we take comfort in knowing that he believed in Jesus and hold close the promise of eternal life. Rest peacefully, Daddy. Your song may have ended here on earth, but the memories, love, and laughter you left behind will play in our hearts forever.
