Perry was a hard-working family man.  He felt blessed to be a part of such a big, loving family.  He worked on the farm from a very young age.  He also sold fertilizer for the Royster Company.  He served as a magistrate for Duplin County for many years.  Perry was a member of Beulaville Presbyterian Church, and he loved his church family.  He was a member of the Battery B 150 th Antiaircraft Artillery Battalion of the National Guard.  He was also a charter member of the Beulaville Volunteer Fire Department.

Some of the best time for him was spending time with family and friends at his beach house in Surf City.  Everyone was eager to sit down at the table and taste the good food he prepared for them.  He was a loving Husband, father, and grandfather.  Family and friends meant so much to him.  He said if you didn't have all the above along with God, you didn't have anything.  He believed everyone was equal.

He loved and was loved.

Community Funeral Home is honored to serve the Williams family.
