Lily Kate Kennedy was born June 21, 2022 at Vidant Hospital, Greenville, NC at 10:35 AM and gained her angel wings soon after while in her Daddy's arms.

She is very loved and survived by her parents, Kellon and Catrina Kennedy, as well as her big brother, Avery Kennedy. Her Great-Grandma, Zoa Raynor; Grandparents: Catherine and Larry Sullivan, Ava Jo and Clifton Byrd, and Curtis Kennedy; Aunts, Crystal Pittman (Scotty), Amber Jenkins (Aaron), Nora Byrd, Margo Duty (Don), Debra Myers (David), Cheyenne Huffstetler and Michelle Byrd (David). Her uncles, Clifton Hill, Jr. (Jennifer) and Jeremy Kennedy (Jessica). Also many cousins and friends that would have loved to meet her.

Lovely Little Lily

A Lovely Little Lily, once grew in a dark, strange place. She couldn't see outside her home and couldn't see a face. But, she knew home was called mommy and mommy loved her so. She heard mommy's voice and laughter, as Lily continued to grow, Lovely Little Lily was strong and beautiful and pure, and though she grew in darkness, she blossomed and endured. Then God saw Lovely Little Lily and how perfect her petals were. He decided such a lovely flower, was too good for this cruel world. He let her mommy and daddy hold her and kiss her little face. Then, He took her home, to feel the sun and live among His grace. Mommy, daddy and brother, grieved to see her part. But, now Lovely Little Lily can live deep within their hearts. She's now an angel flower, growing strong in God's light. She watches over her family, she loves with all her might. God's garden is very special, only the best are planted there.
