Judy Russell Williams, 73, passed away on Sunday, November 16, 2025.

She is preceded in death by daughter, Billy Kay Miranda, sisters, Elsie Lanier and Joe Albertson and a brother, Richard Pat Russell, Jr.

Services will be held at a later day.
