George Washington "G.W." Mobley, 91 of Chinquapin passed away Thursday, February 18, 2021.
A graveside service will be held Wednesday, February 24, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. with visitation from 1:30-2:00 p.m. at the Batts Family Cemetery, 509 S. NC 111 Hwy, Chinquapin.
G.W. is survived by his wife, Ommie Brown Mobley of Chinquapin; sons, Kelly Mobley of Chinquapin, Glenn Mobley (Edith) of LaGrange and Stanley Mobley (Rebecca) of Chinquapin; sisters, Dalley Maready of Willard and Gaynelle Hunter of Wallace; 4 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
