In Loving Memory of Courtney Harvell Holmes September 18, 1987 – June 22, 2026. With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Courtney Harvell Holmes, who entered her heavenly home on June 22, 2026, at the age of 38.

Courtney was born on September 18, 1987. She was a devoted wife to her beloved husband, JW Holmes, and together they built a life centered on faith, family, and unconditional love. 

Of all the titles Courtney held, being Harlan’s mom was the one she cherished most. Harlan was her entire world, and she loved him more than life itself. Nothing brought her greater joy than watching him on the baseball field. Whether it was practice or game day, she was his biggest fan, proudly cheering him on every chance she had. Courtney had a heart full of kindness and a smile that could brighten any room. 

Her favorite color was pink, a beautiful reflection of her sweet spirit and the joy she brought to those around her. She loved deeply, gave selflessly, and made everyone she met feel welcome. She never ended a conversation without making sure those she loved knew exactly how much they meant to her .Now, don’t get us wrong—Courtney had a big personality and wasn’t afraid to tell you exactly how she felt. Whether she was telling you to stop making so much noise, to be quiet, or lovingly keeping everyone in line, she always spoke her mind. It was one of the many things that made her uniquely Courtney, and it’s a part of her that her family and friends will forever smile about. 

She leaves behind to cherish her memory her loving husband, JW Holmes; her precious son, Harlan Holmes; her mother, Kimberly Harvell; her father, Gary Harvell; her brother, Gareth Harvell and wife, Afton, grandmother, Patricia Cavenaugh and her beloved nieces and nephews, Colton Holmes, Gavin Holmes, Carly Holmes, Emily Uhlir, Abigail Harvell, Olivia Uhlir, Ada Harvell, and Skyler Uhlir, along with many extended family members and dear friends who will forever hold her close in their hearts. 

Though our hearts are broken by her passing, we are thankful for the love she shared and the memories she leaves behind. Her legacy of unwavering love, fierce devotion to her family, and unforgettable spirit will continue to live on in the lives of all who were blessed to know her. Forever loved. Forever remembered. Forever missed.
