Christine Sholar Defelici's Obituary
Christine Sholar Defelici, age 86, passed away on July 20th, 2022 after an extended illness.
Christine was born on December 13th, 1935 to the late Ura and Macey Sholar, from Wallace, North Carolina.
She is preceded in death by her older brother, Willis Sholar.
Christine is survived by her daughter, Kim D Cherry, and her son, Michael Defelici; her grandchildren, William Cherry IV and wife Jennifer, Lauren Cherry Martinez and husband Juan; great grandchildren William Cherry V, Lilly Martinez, and Olivia Cherry; her sister Patricia Lanier; her sister-in-law, Frances Sholar; foster brother, Ivey Summerlin, as well as many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Christine was a loving mother, caring empathic nurse, and dedicated teacher.
