Brenda Mobley Strickland, 70 of Wallace passed away Monday, August 23, 2021 at New Hanover Regional Medical Center.

A funeral service will be held Friday, August 27, 2021 at 7:00 pm at Community Funeral Home of Beulaville. Visitation will follow the service. A graveside service will be held Saturday, August 28, 2021 at 11:00 am at Amos-Lanier Cemetery.

Brenda is survived by her husband, James "J.M." Strickland of Wallace; son, James Nathan Strickland of Chinquapin; sister, Jill Mobley of Wallace; brother, Stuart Mobley (Theresa) of Wallace and 2 grandchildren, Zaida Williams and Kaden Williams of Pink Hill.

Brenda is preceded in death by her daughter, Gina Strickland.
